Since 1984 when they were first published until January 2002, the Information bulletins recorded the events that occurred first during the two-month period, and subsequently during the quarter specified in the issue number. The last Information bulletin published under this criterion was issue 2/99, which contains the reports occurring in the second quarter of 1999.
Starting in January 2002 with the publication of Information bulletin 01/2002, the Bulletins include all the accidents and incidents whose reports have been prepared with the information and data established at the time of publication, regardless of the date on which they actually occurred.
