The Permanent Concrete Commission (CPH) is a professional, inter-ministerial permanent body, linked to the Ministry of Public Works through the General Technical Secretariat.
The Permanent Concrete Commission will exercise its functions both in the field of building and civil engineering wherever concrete, or prefabricated elements made of same, are used, especially in structural features.
